• The municipality of Sodankylä is requesting bids for the demolition of Lapintie 27 buildings as a complete contract in accordance with the attached demolition work plan, including all the document preparation, work and proper handling of demolition waste mentioned therein. Sodankylä municipality maps the beneficial use of concrete and brick waste in its own sites, but does not commit to accepting demolition waste, but the beneficial use and the changes it causes to the costs of this contract (additional work/reimbursement) are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Demolition must be carried out in such a way that the object has been completely dismantled and the trench created by the demolition has been filled and leveled by 31 August 2026.
