- Management of the outdoor areas of the townhouses in Kylaalaakso, Sodankyla municipality. The area includes the buildings located at Kylalaaksontie 5 and Papintie 2. Sodankyla municipality is asking for your offer for the care of the outdoor areas. Separate prices have been requested for different tasks by task category. The basic period of the contract is two (2) years and the option is one (1) year. The customer chooses the contractor whose offer is judged to be the most economical overall. The selection criteria is used comparison price €/year. The comparison price is calculated based on the average of the completed work performances and the price per work performance given by the bidder. The service contract will not be divided into parts and partial offers will not be accepted. The site is a residential building (townhouses). be completed within the given scopes and by the operating hours and must be acknowledged in the RECEIPT program according to the instructions given by the customer. Due to the nature of the property's operations, the customer can order additional visits for different tasks as needed. Payment for tasks is based on confirmed visits. Contractor are obliged to familiarize themselves with the sites before submitting the offer and to appoint a property manager or foreman responsible for the site in the above area and to keep a work diary on the site.
