- The subject of the procurement is the supply of soil materials for the roads, areas and properties managed by the Kajaani, Rovaniemi and Sodankylae service units of the Northern Finland service area of the Defense Properties.
The procurement is divided into the sub-areas mentioned below
Sub-area 1) Sodankylae, procurement aestimated value €75,000/year
Sub-area 2) Kajaani, estimated value of acquisition €30,000/year
Sub-area 3) Vuosanka, estimated value of acquisition €20,000/year
Sub-area 4) Taivalkoski, estimated value of acquisition €20,000/ year
Sub-area 5) Oulu, estimated value of acquisition €20,000/year
Sub-area 6) Rovaniemi, date of acquisitiondamaged value €200,000/year

Soil materials are delivered to the sites as unloaded full cassette loads or lump loads or spread on the road.
The bidder may bidfor one or more sub-areas.
Several suppliers can be selected for all sub-areas.
Delivery conditions, aggregate quality requirements and other contract terms are defined in the draft procurement contract.
The framework contract does not include a quantity purchase obligation.
