- The City of Kokkola is requesting an offer from the maintenance and basic cleaning of the Sokoja School (total square meter 853 m2) to 1.8.2025 - 31.7.2028. The subscriber reserves the right to resume the contract period in one year for 1.8.2028 - 31.7.2029. Students and staff at the school have a total of about 70 people.The work instructions attached describes the content and quality determinations of the service at the time of commencement. The content and quality determination of the service and the resulting price changes should be negotiated and can only be modified during the contract period by joint agreement.
