- The object of the procurement is a property-specific solar power plant with microinverters to be built on the water roof of the tram depot. The depot is located in Roihupello, Helsinki. Offers are requested for a fixed total price completely ready-built in accordance with the tender documents. The pit building has a flat roof and the solar power plant will be built on the section of the western wing. The contract area is presented in the solar system's work description and its attachments. PR15 depot information: Location: Property ID 91-45-196-26 Address: Varikkokuja 6, 00880 Helsinki (Roihupelto) Site scope information: Surface area of the water roof to be built approx. 4500 m² Plot area 4.6 ha Water roof surface height above ground level over 9 m Building completion year 2022 Contractor includes equipment purchase, installation, cabling, mounting brackets, accessories and programming as a complete package delivery, installed in full working order, as well as any temporary roof security products that enable safe work on the roof, such as railings and flag lines, etc. The project kick-off meeting is held at a time agreed with the selected supplier before the start of the project. In this case, the work schedules are specified and e.g. instructions related to construction site safety. Urakan the construction period starts on April 1, 2026 at the earliest, and the work must be ready and received with the required inspections by August 31, 2026.
