Istekki Oy's client owners need Solutions Business Manager ("SBM") ERP application technology, technology expert work, and licensesfor purchasing. The subject of the acquisition and the requirements of it are described in detail in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. The subscriber selects one (1) supplier with whom it concludes the contract. Only ISTEKKI Oy will be used by the contract and the parties to the agreement will be usedOnly Istekki Oy and the selected supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's clients are not the parties, parties to the contract or the contract for this tendering, and otherwise do not join the acquisition.
