• Description:
• Kerava's urban environment industry is requesting a bid for the construction of the Sompio pump track located in the Sompio district. The pumptrack track is implemented in accordance with the layout and construction plans and is a rolling track with an asphalt surface, which is intended for bicycles, kick boards, roller skates and skateboards. The city is responsible for the preliminary construction, as well as the finishing works of the area to the extent described in the contract program. The contractor implements the shapes and surfaces of the pump track and its surroundings asphalting. The preliminary construction of the city will be carried out during the spring and early summer of 2026. The work must be completed by August 31, 2026. The contract period is tied to the completion of the customer's work, i.e. a delay in the start extends the contract period. The contractor works as the main contractor. The contract is a total price contract. The selection criteria is the cheapest price. The procurement decision is conditional until the sufficiency of the funds for the project has been confirmed. During the summer of 2026, the city of Kerava has several Sompionpuistos running construction-related works, such as the skate park construction contract, finishing works of the area and preparatory works related to the pump track. If the allocated funds for the project are not sufficient, when the costs of all contract and work performance survive, the customer has the option to suspend the purchase. The adequacy of the allocation will be confirmed by the end of April at the latest.
