The acquisition is subject to the welfare areas of Central Finland, Northern Savonia, South Savo (Eloisa) and North Karelia (Siun Soten), a comprehensive service for social transportation and transportation services. Sote personnel transport services include taxis, disabled vehicles and pair of vehiclesUrgent patient transfers, home holidays, disability services, social welfare, child welfare and special care law to be carried out in the event of unhurried care facilities. The service provider selected on the basis of the procurement procedure is in a comprehensiveresponsible for the implementation of both brokerage and transport services with motorists in accordance with the customer's requirements. Brokeling and transportation services refer to the carriage of rides and the actual rides for those with the responsibility of the Social and Health Services described in this service descriptionfor passenger transport. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the implementation of transport services under the organization of well -being areas for all the customers of all involved well -being areas in a high quality, equitable and reliable manner.
