SLYHY Description: The Southern Ostrobothnia Association requests a bid for the landscape survey of potential wind farms. The purpose of the project is to provide information on the landscape effects of the potential wind farms in Southern Ostrobothnia for provincial planning. The aim of the project is to prepare a study of landscape effects, in particular in relation to areas classified as landscaped or found to be sensitive. The study aims to answer questions about how and how significant wind farms change the nature of the area. The evaluation should take into account the areas of wind turbine already built in the area.
