- Description:
- The municipality of Merikarvia is requesting bids for changes to the premises of the Merikarvia Unified School (Antintie 9, 29900 Merikarvia) in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. The tender request is divided into three parts: construction contract/main contract, HVAC contract and electrical work contract. The contractor of the construction works acts as the main contractor and as the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The contract follows the general contract terms of the construction industry with the exceptions presented in the YSE 1998 contract program. The construction site is located at Antintie 9, 29900 Sea cucumbers. The project will implement spatial changes of the existing unified school building to the extent described in the tender documents. The requested hourly prices for additional and modification work shall also be noted in the offer. Hourly prices are not used for offer comparison the developer is the municipality of Merikarvia. The developer is represented in the project by the municipality of Merikarvia vs. municipal engineer Timo Johansson. Contractors are obliged to familiarize themselves with the construction site before submitting a bid. The building site will be presented on Monday 30.3.2026 at 10.00-11.00. The negotiations for the contract report are planned to be held in the weeks 16-17/2026.
