• TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab's procurement services is requesting bids on behalf of the Vaasa Talotoimi business facility for the overall supply of space elements for the Variska unified school in the city of Vaasa (Vanhan Vaasankatu 20) for eight (8) teaching groups with the necessary ancillary facilities and equipment and their rental for the period 15.12.2026 - 30.7.2029. In addition, the Customer has the option to extend the lease with one option year. The Provider is responsible for the overall delivery of the comprehensive space element and its design. Attached is an indicative plan of the facilities (appendix 1) and the facilities program (appendix 2). The estimated total area of ​​the site is approx. 760 brm2. The available land area is divided into the city's park area, which the city provides free of charge for the use of the supplier for the rental period of the space elements. The offer must include the complete delivery of new-style teaching facilities, which includes everything - e.g. planning, applying for a building permit, building foundations, installations, dismantling, transports, lifting equipment, insurances (also for the period of use). The supplier is also responsible for connecting the object (water, sewage, electricity, district heating). The subscriber brings the computer connection to the agreed point, from where the supplier connects it to the internal network he has built. Planning and implementation will come to be done in accordance with the valid building regulations and the requirements of the authorities.
