Description:
With this call for tenders, the city of Haapavesi requests offers for the space reservation system. The purpose of the system is to enable the reservation of city-owned premises for temporary use by customers. The city's reservable facilities include the city sports halls/facilities, gymnasiums, outdoor exercise places, boat moorings, tennis courts, stage space (Kirnu), meeting places, school nights Bookable spaces and library spaces. In addition to these, the reservation system must include an online store, a similar feature or the possibility of integrating a third-party online store for the sale of, for example, gym, tennis court season tickets and other similar products and services. The system according to the request for tender will be purchased as valid until further notice As a SaaS solution. The subscriber has access to the tenant's Microsoft Azure Ad.
