• PURPOSE OF THE MARKET DIALOGUE The education and training sector of the city of Helsinki (Kasko) is mapping the ready-made solutions on the market into a new space reservation system and invites the industry players to participate in the market dialogue. This announcement is an invitation for market dialogue. It is not a preliminary notice, a procurement notice or a request for tender, and the publication of this notice does not start a tender. The invitation does not obligate the procurement entity to carry out the actual procurement, nor does responding to it or participation in the dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in a possible subsequent tender.
