Description:
The object of the procurement is a spare parts management system as a software service for the railways (reference name: OSA24), including the delivery and use of the system as a SaaS software service, as well as the system's support and maintenance services, as defined in the tender request and its appendices. The object of the acquisition is describedin more detail in the tender request and its appendices, especially in appendices 6 "Description of the object of procurement" and 7 "List of requirements". The procured spare parts management system manages the logistics of maintenance material for control and safety equipment (railway safety equipment) in a multi-actor environment. HankIn addition to the users of the Finnish Railways Agency's spare subsystem, users of the railway safety equipment maintenance contractors, equipment suppliers, track managers of the Railways Agency, users of logistics companies, users of equipment maintenance companies.
