- The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (subsequently referred to as the Client in the tender documents) requests your offer for the supervision work of the Child Psychiatry and hospital school space arrangements project (subsequently referred to as the Project in the tender documents) the procurement notice, the tender request and the documents attached to it in accordance with. The main goals of site supervision are to ensure that the implementation of the project complies with the contract, to prevent errors and problems, and to ensure that time and financial goals are met. The target of this acquisition is the child psychiatry of the North Ostrobothnia welfare area and supervision of hospital school facilities. The building houses work spaces for special employees of child psychiatry functions, consultation and support spaces, child and youth forensic psychiatry offices, and the hospital school's premises, which, in addition to classrooms, will house e.g. technical work status and a gym. The site is implemented as a new building and it is located in Oulu at the address Kajaanintie 50 in connection with the L4 building with a fixed internal access. A space program has been drawn up for the building and its extent is approx. 2900 brm2. The implementation form of the project is connection-functional a target price KVR contract, where the contractor is responsible for project planning, obtaining permits and construction.
