• The city of Kerava's urban environment department is requesting bids for special inspections of bridges located in the area of ​​Kerava city, as well as general inspections of bridges under enhanced surveillance for the year 2026. The contract period for enhanced monitoring is 3 years (inspections 2026, 2027 and 2028). Special inspections are one-off assignments. The procurement therefore includes both one-off special inspections and repeated general inspections (enhanced inspection).The purpose is to determine the condition of the bridges to be specially inspected under the conditions specified in this call for tenders. Based on the special inspections, sufficient initial data must be obtained for the possible repair planning and basic repair of the bridges. The targets under enhanced monitoring want to get information about possible changes in the condition of the bridge and whether use or other restrictions should be placed on the bridge. The condition of the bridges is monitored annually and the duration of the contract period is three years has the right to change the scope of the assignment, i.e. add or remove bridges to the assignment during the contract period, if there are changes to the budget for the coming years. In addition, the customer has the right to remove bridges from the scope of inspections, if the bridge is being renovated or other justifiable reason removes the need for inspections.
