Description:
The Satakunta welfare area is asking for your offer for the special design of Rauma social services center. New facilities for social security center operations will be implemented on the hospital properties located in Rauma. The project includes new construction and extensive renovation and includes four construction parts. It will be in the planning take into account the measures resulting from the phasing of these parts. The phases and their preliminary schedules are presented in the tender documents.
Procurement is divided into the following areas:
1. Structural design
2. Substructure planning
3. LVIAEspr design
4. Electrical design
5. Fire engineering planning
6. Acoustic design
7. Traffic planning
8. KSL and kitchen design
9. Data model coordinator
