- REQUEST FOR REQUESTS Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, requests your offer for a package of three special wells in accordance with this RFP. The procurement entity is Stara. The procurement will be used by the Department of Urban Infrastructure Construction. This request for tender has been sent on April 22, 2026 for publication in the Tender service, through which the tender must be prepared and submitted. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE This is a small-scale procurement of material below the national threshold value. with the supplier who offered the well package. through the clarification basin to the sand separation well, the oil separation well, the sampling well and from there to the unloading pipe. Procurement target are:- Sand separator well 1 pc., volume 25 m³, including sludge and sand filling alarm.- Oil separator well 1 pc., design flow 125 ltr/s, class 1 separator according to SFS-EN 858. Including an oil fill alarm. Separators must be traffic load durable and the separators are anchored against the lift according to the manufacturer's instructions.- Sampling/shutoff valve well 1 pc., DN400. The pipeline from the clarification tank to the discharger is Hv 400 PP7k-SN8. The provided wells must be equipped with the necessary penetrations and together. Products delivered to the work site in Stara Hanasarenkentä. Transporting the material delivery to the work site must be done with equipment that has an emission classification of Euro V or cleaner.
