- Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, commissioned by Tays Kehitysyhtioe Oy (2981181-9), establishes a procedure similar to a dynamic procurement system for the use of the Pirkanmaa welfare region, the Southern Ostrobothnia welfare region and the Kanta-Hame welfare region, where the procurement target is the rental of specialist medical laboraus.
This is an electronic procurement procedure, which is designed by the procurement unit for procurements according to Chapter 12 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The system is established as a procedure similar to the dynamic procurement system (DPS). This is a request for participation regarding procurement.
