- The HUS corporation is requesting offers for sample cassettes used in pathology and skin pathology laboratories and other locations of user laboratories. Sample cassettes are used for examining tissue and cell samples in laboratory conditions for pathology and in the operation of skin pathology. Sample cassettes must be suitable for processing and storing pathological samples. Procurement is divided into nine areas as follows:1. Single-compartment sample cassettes, hole size 0.9-1.1 mm2, are suitable for biopsy samples. Single-compartment sample cassettes, hole size 0.3-0.7 mm3, are suitable for biopsy samples. Single-compartment sample cassettes suitable for tissue samples4. Single-compartment network sample cassettes5. Single compartment double deep sample cassettes6. Four-compartment sample cassettes7. Six-compartment sample cassettes8. Macro sample cassettes9. Macro sample cassettes with an identification cassette The tenderer can make an offer for one or more areas of procurement. The sample cassettes will be used in the pathology offices of the HUS Diagnostic Center (Meilahti, Jorvi, Hyvinkää, Kymenlaakso and South Karelia) and in the pathology laboratory of the Skin Allergy Hospital of HUS. The estimated annual consumption of sample cassettes is as follows:- Single-compartment including the sample cassettes of sections 1-5: 487,000 pieces- Multi-compartment including the sample cassettes of sub-areas 6-7: 64,000 pieces- Macro sample cassettes including the sample cassettes of sub-areas 8-9: 7,500 pieces In addition, sample cassettes can be ordered by other units of HUS.
