Description:
Lion Catering Oy utilizes the spice mixes in the cold chain for free solutions. Spice mixtures are used to make meals mainly under terrain conditions.
We are applying for a procurement agreement for three (3) years (an agreement includes a 1 year option, the option will enter into force if the lion does not terminate the agreement in writing). The contract does not grant the supplier exclusive right to supply the products in question. The Lion has the right to buy similar products on the same agreement. The products are to be delivered in larger batches to the lion and must meet the requirements for them.
Estimated Annual volume of 15,000 kg
The procurement spice mixtures are as follows:
Spice mixture for minced meat
Spice mixture for chicken coconut to the pot
Spice mixture for pea soup
Spice mixture for curry till fish
Standard:
Production survive 12 months upon arrival to the lion.
All products must be gluten -free.
The following products must be lactose -free:
Spice mixture pea soup
Spice mixture minced meat
Other products should be at least low-lactose (spice mixtures curry till fish and chicken coconut)
Product Sizes:
Curry till fish spice mixture bag should be seasoned about 35-45 pounds of food, the spice mixture should be 70g-90g per kilo of unflavoured food
