Description:
Numera Palvelut Oy (later Numera or Procurement Unit) requests your offer for the joint procurement of exercise and play equipment and musical instruments according to the tender documents. The procurement is divided into the following sub-assemblies:
1. Exercise equipment
2. Play equipment
3. Musical instruments and musical instruments
Competition is carried out with an open procedure, which establishes a framework arrangement for several suppliers. A maximum of five bidders who submitted an accepted bid will be selected for each subset. The selection is made according to the comparison criteria of the offers.
The overall economic criteria is used as the selection criterion for the competition affordability and the best price-quality ratio as a basis for comparison. More detailed information on the scoring and comparison criteria is presented in the Procurement object criteria section of the tender request. If several bidders earn exactly the same number of points with their bid, the Procurement Unit will draw lots for the framework arrangement of the selected supplier / service provider. Lottery is an accepted method in the jurisprudence of the Procurement Act.
The bidder can bid for one or more sub-assemblies. Parallel bids, alternative bids or partial bids made within sub-assemblies will not be accepted.
Framework arrangement The framework agreements between the Procurement Unit and suppliers drawn up based on this are fixed-term, with a duration of four years.
