The aim is to draw up a strategic plan for the development of city sports site construction for 2025-2040. The plan should provide what sports facilities should be built, where andWhen, where to give up sports facilities and what sports facilities will be renovated or improved, and justification for these choices. Recommendations for sports facilities must form a unified, well -founded entity.
