Description:
The municipality of Mantyharju requests an offer for the management of sports facilities in accordance with the invitation to tender. Two invitations to tender will be published in the Mantyharju municipality. This invitation to tender includes the Mantyharju agglomeration and the surrounding areas. Another invitation to tender includes Pertunmaa KK and Kuort's agglomerations with their surrounding areas.A framework agreement is made on a principle. The municipality does not commit to buying any hours. The agreement is concluded in the so -called. zero -hour principle. The duration of the contract period is 2 years + 1 option year (2026-2027 + 2028). During the contract period, the price of the opportunity to check on 1.1.2027 and 1.1.2028. Price inspections are tied to the construction indexand can be up to 4%. The benchmark is used on 1.1.2026 index. Prices are reported in tax -free, VAT 0% prices.accept.
