- The subject of the procurement is the spring inspections of the location of the floating safety devices on the recreational boat lanes of the city of Kouvola (measurement and correction of the location of the floating safety devices) in accordance with the service description of the waterway maintenance of the Finnish Railways Agency (appendix 2) and the spring inspections reporting to the Norwegian Railways Agency. The procurement also includes measures after the spring inspections, such as the relocation of displaced signs and the replacement of broken and missing signs with new ones. Spring inspections and necessary repairs will be done on 31.6. by. The safety devices covered by the procurement are listed in Appendix 1 Safety device list. The service provider is also responsible for monitoring the fault notification system, continuous monitoring of safety devices and monitoring whenever moving around the work area as well as the reporting of performed measures and fault corrections to the customer for the entire open water season annually on 31.10. by. The planned contract period is 1 May 2026 - 31 October 2027. It is possible to add 1+1 option years to the contract. Possible option periods are: 1) 1.11.2027 - 31.10.20282) 1.11.2028 - 31.10.2029
