The Jokilaaksoje kotuluskuntayhtyk is tendering for the provision of real estate management for the Haapajärvi office at the address Erkkiläntie 1, 85800 Haapajärvi for the contract period 2025-2027. Sopimuskausi alkaa sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta ja päättyy 31.12.2027.Sopimuskauden in addition, the contract allows an option for two additional years (1 + 1). Before ending the option period, the subscriber can specify the service description/content of the contract if he feels it is necessary. The use of options is then agreed upon jointly between the subscriber and the service provider. The purpose of the agreement is as follows:- To enable the permanent property manager to have a week's rest on weekends (Fri at 3:15 p.m. - Mon at 7:00 a.m.) an average of 4 weekends/month.- To provide a continuous week of property management on-call (24/7) and property maintenance 16 hours per week in the absence of the permanent property manager. 8 h/week of property management hours requires continuous presence at the office.- Provide property management for a single day of property management and property management standby (24 h) during the absence of the permanent property manager. The Haapajärvi office also includes a property called Kotiranta in Pihtiputaa at the address Kotirannantie 46, 44920 Elämäjärvi.
