ADVANCE NOTICE
Stara, the City of Helsinki's Construction Services Company, will tender the urban infrastructure construction department and of the urban infrastructure maintenance department's procurement package for asphalt paving works. The procurement entity consists of six independent and separately of the paving contract to be tendered. The predicted value of any individual contract does not exceed the EU threshold value, but the combined predicted value of the contracts to be tendered in the procurement package exceeds the EU threshold value set for construction contracts.

STARA CAST ASPHALT WORKS AND SMALL SURVEYING WORKS 2026
This advance notice applies to Stara's urban infrastructure procurement of cast asphalt works and small patching works for the maintenance and urban infrastructure construction departments for the period 1.5. - 30/11/2026. To the contract area include cast asphalt works and small patching works of Stara's urban infrastructure maintenance and urban infrastructure construction departments throughout the city.
