• CITY-INFRA MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT AND CITY-INFRA CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT WITH CASTING ASPHALT AND SMALL SURVEYING WORKS DURING THE PERIOD 1.5.2026 - 30.4.2027 Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, requests your offer from the city infrastructure maintenance department and urban infrastructure construction department's cast asphalt works and small paving works in the entire city area from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027, in accordance with this call for tenders and the attached tender documents. PROCUREMENT UNIT The procurement unit is Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company. We are the city's own producer; all-rounder in construction, environmental management and logistics. Since 2010 we have been operating under the name Stara and since mid-2017 we have been building and renovating Stadia as a municipal business institution. Stara's biggest customer is the Urban Environment division, which orders maintenance work from the urban infrastructure maintenance department, and construction work from the urban infrastructure construction department, as well as related paving work. WORK CONTENT The procurement is about a construction contract. The contract resulting from the acquisition is used by all of Stara's departments. The main users are Stara's urban infrastructure maintenance and urban infrastructure construction departments, whose needs have been prepared quantity estimate of the request for tender. The contract includes paving works with both cast and roller asphalt. The work items are mainly patching and repair work of the maintenance department and related ancillary work...
