Description:
Stara, the construction services company of the city of Helsinki, is requesting your offer for the stone works of sub-area 1 (western districts), sub-area 2 (northern districts) and sub-area 3 (eastern districts) for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2026. and in accordance with the attached tender documents. The procurement notice has been sent on 12 December 2025 to be published in the public procurement Hilma notification channel and Tender service, through which the tender must also be prepared. The procurement unit is limited by the Procurement Act In accordance with § 75, the maximum number of parts awarded to one tenderer so that a contract is concluded with one tenderer for no more than two parts. If the same bidder were to win all three sub-areas, to the sub-area where the difference between the cheapest and the second cheapest bidder is the smallest in percentage points, the second cheapest bidder is selected [(second cheapest comparison price - cheapest comparison price)/cheapest comparison price]. The contract contracts for the sub-areas are implemented on a unit price basis and they are implemented according to the primary and secondary supplier (so-called backup supplier) model. For each sub-area, the procurement unit chooses the two most economically advantageous offers. Overall, the cheapest is the offer that is the cheapest in terms of price.
