- Hansel Oy has launched the preparation of the tendering of the State Electricity 2026 (00715) framework arrangement. The framework arrangement is the physical supply and open supply of electricity, the services of the balance sheet manager, the electricity consumption monitoring and the associated reporting, electricity billing and customer service.The users of the framework arrangement are customers of Hansel Oy, related to the framework arrangement in question. The aim is to publish the invitation to tender in October 2025 and that the framework arrangement will be available to customers on May 1, 2026.
