• Acquisition
  The acquisition is subject to payment services to the Finnish State in accordance with the invitation to participation and tenders and in the annexes.
  The acquisition is divided into three (3) components as follows:
  - Subdivision 1: Bank of Payment Services 1.
  - 2: Payment Services 2. Bank (Also below 2. Bank) and
  - Section 3: Deputy Bank of Payment Services (Also hereinafter referred to as deputy bank).
  The scope of the acquisition
  The scope of the procurement is described in the annexes of the invitation to tender attached to the request for participation.
  Purchasing is the target of payment services In the Finnish State in the request for participation and tenders and in the Annex 1. As for the Bank.
