Description:
This request for tender concerns the procurement of Asemanseutu's accessibility coordinator service. The task of the accessibility coordinator is to coordinate the accessibility of the entire Aseman region. The station area covers the whole of the new station center and the surrounding public areas. I belong to the planning area several development projects at different levels of readiness such as Elamysareena, Asemakeskus, bus terminal, public transport tunnel, station tunnels and residential blocks. The goal of the coordinator is to ensure that the area's accessibility solutions are uniform and that the area operates from an accessibility perspective as a unified whole. The accessibility coordinator ensures that the accessibility of the area is realized also in the construction site solutions at different stages of the project's progress. The accessibility coordinator is responsible for the accessibility of the outdoor and indoor spaces of all areas in public use in accordance with the special level of accessibility, in addition to the accessibility of movement, the design takes into account the accessibility of seeing and hearing as well as the clarity of visualization. The accessibility coordinator service does not cover the actual accessibility planning of separate projects, but is responsible for the different the parties' solutions follow the same accessibility requirements and principles. The accessibility coordinator works under the guidance of the Asemanseutu project office.
