Description:
The consultant's task is to prepare the site plan plan documents concerning the change and expansion of the Kaunispaa site plan (OAS, plan statement, plan drafts, plan proposals, illustrative material, attached documents, equivalents). the transport network plan for the western part (Sitowise 2025), which serve as the basis for the site plan work. The customer also has a nature survey and a noise survey ordered as base material. Other basic explanations of the formula are included in the total price of the offer. The area is connected to the services of the center of Saariselka and is the safe connection of new land use areas to the existing transport network. Various functions are located in the planning area, e.g. accommodation service, driving practice track, industry, rescue service, district heating plant and service station. In the zoning, tourism program services are planned for the area areas and block areas of industrial and warehouse buildings. The planning area is located in the home region of the Sami people, especially in the area intended for reindeer husbandry. The preliminary planning area is presented in the appendix and will be specified when the process begins. in scale 1:2000 in dwg and pdf format.
