• The subject of the procurement is the purchase of crushed stone materials used in the construction and maintenance of municipal engineering (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") delivered or picked up to the municipality of Lempäälä, Lempäälän Vesi Oy and Lempäälä Kiinteistöhuolto and -teknikka To LEKITEK Oy (hereinafter "Subscribers"). Subscribers can also be other limited companies, foundations and other entities under the control of Lempäälä municipality. The procurement is divided into two (2) areas: 1. Aggregates delivered 2. Collected aggregates Subscriber annually uses approximately 20,000-40,000 tons of crushed aggregates on construction sites. The consumption quantities presented in the request for tenders 2 and 3 are estimates, and the Customer does not commit to any procurement quantities. The provider can offer for both areas or only to another of the sub-areas. One (1) Supplier who meets the suitability requirements and the requirements of the request for tender will be selected for sub-area 1. All bidders who meet the suitability requirements and the requirements of the request for tenders will be selected as suppliers for sub-area 2. The actual contract period is [planned start date of the contract period no earlier than August 1, 2026]-December 31, 2028, after which it is possible to extend the Agreement for two (2) two (2) years with a long option period for the period 1.1.2029-31.12.2030 and 1.1.2031-31.12.2032.
