- The city of Järvenpää is requesting your offer for material procurement and installation work for curbstones and stones made of concrete and natural stone in the area of the city of Järvenpää from 2026 to 2030. two (2) contractors will be selected, unless there are fewer bidders who meet the eligibility criteria or accepted bids. In the framework arrangement, the selection of the contractor is primarily guided by the order of preference determined on the basis of the competition. Unless the contractor has the possibility to produce the service at the ordered time, the order is made in the following order. The work items are specified in the site meetings in the order and schedule determined by the customer. The contract includes material procurement for all stones for the tasks, except for the items mentioned separately in site meetings or in connection with the order, for which the customer has material in stock. Maintenance stone repair work can be added to the contract, using the contract's unit and hourly billing prices. The contract period is four (4) years. The contract is signed after the procurement decision becomes legally binding. The comparison price is not the value of the purchase, but the individual purchases are made with the given ones at unit prices. The contract is a unit price contract. The contract sum and invoicing are formed according to the realized quantities in accordance with the measurement protocols approved by the customer's supervisor.
