- The subject of the procurement is Porvoo's urban infrastructure's contractual procurements for the municipal technical stormwater, tele and filter fabric and cover materials, which are not separately procured. The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows:1. Storm water pipes PP 2. Storm water pipes PE3. Cable pipes TEL, screed pipes, cable joints, extension joints, post-connection saddles and manholes4. Covers and podium rings5. Filter fabrics Partial bidding is possible in such a way that the bidder can offer any sub-area. The products of sub-area 3 must be compatible with the products of sub-area 1-2, so if you offer sub-area 3, you must also offer sub-areas 1-2 to ensure compatibility. Partial offers within sub-areas are not possible, the bidder must to offer all the prices requested for the sub-area to be offered in Annex 1 of the Tender Form. The customer will select five (5) suppliers/sub-area as framework contract suppliers, if a sufficient number of accepted bids are received. The contract does not give to selected suppliers exclusive right to supply procured materials, larger contracts are usually tendered separately by the customer The contract is valid from 1.5.2026 to 31.12.2026. The prices offered are valid until 31.5.2026, after this the customer will hold a mini-tender for procurement among framework contract suppliers.
