Description:
The aim of the acquisition is to find a strategic advertising agency partner to develop the social impact of the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), including through brand development and marketing. The selected supplier works in close collaboration with the Communication and Influence unitwith experts, bringing added value and expertise to the areas of brand work, marketing and influence.In addition to the advertising agency partner, we have office partners for routine production work, as well as a communications agency and a media agency.
The aim is for the procurement agreement to enter into force as soon as possible at the end of the procurement procedure (during the summer 2025).In the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The assessment is based on the typical year of actual procurement.
