North Karelia's procurement department asks for a participation application for the communication and marketing services strategic partnership and brand agency services of the city of Joensuu, its group companies (especially Business Joensuu Oy and Karelia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy) for the contract period (goal)1.1.2024 - 31.12.2025 one (1) one (1) year option option.
The object of the procurement is strategic level communication and marketing services. The different domains/units of the city of Joensuu and the group companies order services according to their own needs, the contract resulting from the tendernot within the framework. The customer does not commit to a specific purchase quantity or value.
