- The acquisition focuses on the streaming services of the meetings of the municipal council of Mäntsälä. It is the responsibility of the service provider to provide the service in its entirety (live streaming and all the practical arrangements at the meeting site, equipment, staff, equipment, and other similar). The service provider describes the events, implements the online broadcast (live streaming) and add subtitles to the streamed meeting. Delivery subtitled and edited without delay no later than four (4) days to the location specified by the subscriber (currently to the municipal Youtube channel).
