Description:
The object of the procurement is the streaming services for the council meetings of the cities of Nokia, Orivesi and Yloejaervi (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
The responsibility of the service provider is to produce the Service in its entirety (live streaming with all related practical arrangements at the meeting place, equipment, personnel, etc.lust etc.). The service provider films the events, carries out the online broadcast (live streaming) and adds subtitles to the streamed meeting (in the case of Orivesi, subtitles are added according to the Subscriber's needs from a separate order).
The Service Provider is basically responsible for performing the Service himselfa with its hardware and possible software / platform, unless otherwise agreed. The service provider can use the technical equipment in the Subscriber's boardroom for live streaming.

The procurement is divided into three (3) parts:
PART 1: Streaming services (Authorityton's meetings live streaming) (Client Nokia city)
PART 2: Streaming services (Council meetings live streaming) (Client Orivesi city)
PART 3: Streaming services (Council meetings live streaming) (Client Yloejaervi city)
The provider can offer one or more parts. Parts 1-3 are chosenone (1) Service Provider per section.
