• The Helsinki Region Environmental Services Municipal Corporation (hereafter "HSY") is tendering for two (2) different contractors to implement a network renovation facilitation package (hereinafter "the Project") in the years 2027-29. The network renovation facilitation package is HSY's pilot project, which HSY is tendering two different contractors to guide the design and implement the 2027-29 sewer and water network renovation program with the objects included in it. Renovation works (hereinafter "Works") must be carried out mainly in the open without digging methods. The goal of the pilot project is a more flexible and efficient implementation of the renovation programs, a more reasonable delimitation of the renovation areas, and the improvement of the cost-effectiveness and quality of the renovation sites. The contracts are intended to include- the entire contract period Preliminary programming of renovation sites - more detailed planning and timing of annual renovation sites - control of the construction design of selected sites renovation work - development of renovation methods and processes Programming of renovation sites and more detailed planning and the development of renovation methods and processes must be carried out in cooperation between the customer, the consultants chosen by the customer and the service provider and its subcontractors. The start of the contract period is required in September-December 2026 the development phase to be implemented, in which the client and the selected contractors determine the goals and metrics of the renovation contracts and start the more detailed planning of the renovation contracts.
