OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of this framework arrangement is street and off-road patrol cars and related services as defined in the framework agreement and its appendices. is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to extend the validity of the framework agreement with an option period of a maximum of two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is 8,000,000 to 11,500,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. Framework arrangement the maximum value is EUR 11,500,000 (VAT 0%). The figures are based on the information provided by the joined customers about the use of the framework arrangement. Procurements made on the basis of this framework arrangement are estimated to be distributed during the contract period in such a way that the most significant customer in terms of euro amount is Poliisihallitus. Determining the value in euros is partly complicated by the fact that among the Customers who have joined the framework arrangement are, among other things, Customers who are in the scope of budget economy, for whose purchases the funds initially allocated for the purchases may become unpredictable, independent of the Customer changes. Determining the value of acquisitions in euros is also partly made difficult by the fact that it is difficult to estimate the price development of cars.
