• Description:
• Street and water supply renovation of Merrankuja (between Liinakontie - Iitintie) in accordance with the tender documents. The municipality of Iiti is subject to reverse VAT on construction services. The contract price is detailed in the offer for street, water supply, stormwater and to the portions of the lighting renovation. The offer must also include a list of unit prices. The offer must also include a reference list. The reference objects must be at least three municipal engineering contracts from the last five years with a value of was at least 250,000 euros/contract. The tender must be accompanied by the certificates and reports in accordance with Sections 5 and 5a of the Customer Liability Act or the corresponding RALA certificate or the Reliable Partner report. In addition, the offer must be accompanied by a certificate of operation about the validity of the liability insurance, unless it appears from the RALA certificate or the Reliable Partner report. The certificates and reports must not be older than three months from the last date of submission of bids. Certificates and reports is also checked at the time of the contract from the contractor with whom the procurement contract is concluded. The work included in the contract must comply with at least the minimum terms of the employment relationship that must be complied with according to Finnish law and collective agreement regulations in work of the same quality. The business and work language of the procurement is Finnish. The work can start as soon as the contract is signed, approximately on July 6, 2026.
