- The subject of procurement is the service and maintenance services of Järvenpää city's street lighting for the contract period: 01.06.2026 - 31.05.2028. It is possible to extend the contract for the option periods 01.06.2028 - 31.05.2030, 01.06.2030 - 31.05.2032 and 01.06.2032 - 31.05.2034. Based on the competition, one supplier will be selected. In addition to street and road lighting, street lighting includes the lighting of parks, markets, squares, playgrounds, other areas, and special lighting. With the customer's separate order, the customer can order also the following works: maintenance of charging points for electric cars and other electrical network construction activities. In addition, some of the lights are on the road network maintained by ELY Center. The street light network is owned by the city. The contract object is described in more detail with attachment 1 Service description and its attachments 1 Lampposts map, 2 List of quantities and 3 Safety document. The tenderer must take into account the following works of the customer or other parties to be performed simultaneously in the offer and implementation and contracts: - street lighting control system service contracts - electricity procurement - separate construction projects The subscriber does not commit to acquiring a certain amount of services during the contract period, but acquires them as needed.
