Description:
The invitation to tender applies to the performance of the condition survey of asphalt-coated streets, cycle paths and other public areas in the City Planning Area of the City of Oulu. The total length to be checked is approximately 1800 kilometers.
The first condition inspection is done in the summer of 2025and the next two three years (2028 and 2031).
The invitation to tender will also include the condition of 2028 and 2031 to calculate the condition inspections and to calculate the repair debt.performing condition survey of existing asphalt -coated streets, cycle paths and other public areas and calculating the repair debt.
