Description:
This is an advance notification based on the shortening of deadlines for a procurement exceeding the EU threshold, the target of which is a strong electronic identification identification brokerage service.
The goal of the procurement is to achieve competitive prices and to acquire the identification means notified to the trust network, includingfrom a reliable contract partner. The procurement will be described in more detail in the procurement announcement and related request for tenders to be published later.
The subject of the procurement is the strong electronic identification brokerage service offered by a service provider belonging to the national trust networklut. The events of strong electronic identification are intended to be used in DVV for retrieving personal data from the population information system under the Act on joint electronic transaction support services of the administration (571/2016). Personal data can be forwarded to public administration electronic transaction servicesas well as transaction services connected to other electronic transaction support services. The Suomi.fi identification implemented by DVV will transmit information related to the end user from the population information system to the transaction services, using the personal identification number obtained from the Identification Transfer Service as a search key. SunThe omi.fi identification also enables the agreed one-time login between public administration electronic transaction services. Transferring personal data to public administration transaction services can also apply to transactions between EU countries based on the eIDAS regulation that pass through the national hub....
