- The Digital and Population Data Agency (DVV) is requesting your offer for strong electronic identification brokerage services offered by a service provider belonging to the trust network. In Finland, the public administration has a legal obligation to use the Suomi.fi identification card produced by DVV for strong electronic identification.service.
The events of strong electronic identification are intended to be used in DVV for retrieving personal data from the population information system under the law on joint electronic transaction support services of the administration (the so-called "Support Services Act" 571/2016). Personal data can be forwarded by public administration e-mailto night transaction services and also to transaction services connected to other electronic transaction support services. The Suomi.fi identification implemented by DVV will forward the person obtained from the Identity Transfer Service to the transaction services using information related to the end user from the population information systemrecognize as the search key. The Suomi.fi identification also enables the agreed one-time login between public administration electronic transaction services. The transfer of personal data to public administration transaction services can also apply to eIDAS regulation-based data passing through the national hubuvia strong electronic identification events between EU countries.
