Description:
The welfare area of Satakunta has carried out the draft phase planning of the changes to Eura social security center. The project has progressed in such a way that its further planning and implementation responsibility are/have been transferred to the municipality of Eura and further from 1 January 2026 to Euran SL Tilat Oy (a social real estate company 100% owned by the municipality). The technical services of Eurankunta are responsible for the implementation planning. The current situation drawings of the health center and the architectural draft plans are attached to the tender request. A humidity and indoor air technical condition study has been carried out on the property in 2025, which is also attached. We are asking for your offer regarding the changes related to the Euransotekeskus according to the attached architect's draft plans and the planning of the technical repair needs presented in the condition survey. This request for tenders concerns the structural design of the modification works of part T (compaction of the structures, demolition of the surface materials of the lower base, voc inspections, drilling holes/fire breaks, demolition work/new partitions, etc.).
