The object of the procurement is the structural design tasks of the new and basic improvement projects of mainly service buildings built by Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy. The difficulty category of design tasks is generally demanding, as well as very demanding or exceptionally demanding in basic improvement projects. The value of individual projects is generally over €1 million. RT 103087 is followed in planning tasks structural planning's RAK18 task list, site-specific planning program, and the client's planning instructions, which can be found at (https://tampereentilapalvelut.fi/materialipankki/suuntulitsohjeet/). The designer's duties and what to produce the material can be specified on an order-by-order basis. The customer currently uses the Haahtela Pris project bank.
