Description:
The acquisition focuses on the design services of the City of Kerava in the areas presented below. The services are mainly used for small and medium -sized contracts to be carried out during the framework agreement. The design services are targeted at the real estate owned by the city of Kerava. The contract period is two (2) years, after which it is possible to continue the contract with two (2) one (1) year of option year. The offering may submit a bid for one (1) sub-area or all areas.The area 1 Structure Planning Area 2 Electrical Planning Area 3 LVIAJ Planning Area 4ARKTINE AND PLANNING AREA 5 The pricing of the service work will be based on an hourly charge-based billing. Renovation projects on the properties are mainly repair, maintenance and modifications for existing facilities. The content, size and cost of the projects are of different types of content. The subscriber shall hold the right to compete for larger separate projects from outside this framework arrangement. The choice is used for the cheapest price that determines the framework for the framework arrangement Bidders.
